The Pasadena Caliber Collision team made sure to get everything squared away with the insurance company so I did not have to deal with it.
Anytime someone gets in an accident, there is this feeling of up's and down's of having to get your car repaired and sometimes having to pay more than expected or having issues with the insurance company regarding payment. I was kept updated on the progress of the repairs throughout the process. "My car was in an accident with a great deal of damage. Bruno kept me updated at every stage, told me how long parts would take to arrive, and was super flexible. "Bruno is awesome! I had two recent transactions with Caliber on Washington in Philly, and both were phenomenal. I hope to never have to return, but I certainly will if necessary." They sent a daily progress text which was reassuring. Work looks great and was completed four days ahead of date promised. Didn't waste my time on arrival and checkout.
